• NO ENTRIES CAN BE ACCEPTED AFTER SUNDAY, AUGUST 15

• Cost: $45 per person for 18 holes ($30 for 9 holes) for Green Fees and Cart.  This is payable to Honey Creek on the day of the tournament.

• Must golf 18 holes to be eligible for the trophy.
